What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Service Advisor experience (Ford or domestic brand experience is a big plus).
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
A people person with outstanding communication skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced shop environment.
A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
