Responsibilities

Prospect for new leads to promote new business

Gather local community information to answer any client questions about potential homes

Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then sell them a home

Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales

Qualifications

Good organizational and time‑management skills

A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Great communication and social skills

Self‑motivation and drive

Technology driven

Compensation $80,000 – $175,000 per year
