ANIMALS: Adoption Event Dog Handlers in Carmel Valley
Help dogs find their forever homes by volunteering at a new adoption event with A Way Home for Dogs at the Carmel Valley Farmers Market. The more hands they have, the more dogs get to attend since they do not place dogs in enclosures at adoption events. They have a 1 dog per handler ratio and all dogs are on a leash.
Volunteers will hold leashes for adoptable dogs, wander aroundৃহ the market and/or the general vicinity. Chairs are provided to sit beneath canopies.
ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED TO STAYԱյ FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT. THERE IS ALSO A STRICT NO PHONE OR HEADPHONE POLICY FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY.

About A Way Home For Dogs The mission of A Way Home For Dogs is to provide free pet recovery services, assisting owners with their lost pets on a global scale, as well as securing evasive street strays. When strays are secured, they are processed through the local shelter system. If those dogs are not claimed and are deemed not adoptable, they enter the rescue for pending space.
