Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Rock Hill, SC, with remote flexibility and scheduled in-office collaboration weekly. Responsibilities

Lead the Sales Team Manage SDRs, account reps, and outbound strategy Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across U.S. and emerging international markets Own forecasting, reporting, revenue performance, and team development Lead the Marketing Team Oversee digital strategy, branding, campaigns, content, and lead generation Align messaging across all platforms to support national and international expansion Coordinate trade shows, events, partnerships, and global go-to-market initiatives Perform hands-on sales activities Directly prospect and close deals Manage key accounts and high-value opportunities Build relationships with large enterprise clients and OEM partners globally This role ensures the company hits annual revenue targets, strengthens operational alignment, and positions to scale into international markets. Base Salary:

Depending on experience Commission Structure:

Up to 3% commission on gross sales Annual target revenue:

Demonstrated experience leading both

sales and marketing teams Proven success in B2B industrial sales, automation, robotics, or manufacturing Skilled in outbound strategy, CRM management, and revenue operations Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that support global scale Experience building international partnerships is a plus Strong communication, leadership, and team development abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
