What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead conceptual development and creative strategy for health plan products and campaigns
Translate complex healthcare and insurance concepts into accessible, high-quality content
Produce and manage materials across various formats while ensuring brand consistency
Collaborate with diverse teams and maintain momentum on scheduled work
Uphold documentation standards and build strong relationships across disciplines
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, mass communication, English, writing/rhetoric, creative writing, or related field
Minimum of four years of writing experience
Experience in a healthcare field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with AP style
Must possess a current valid Category II driver’s license when applicable

Experience in commercial writing within the healthcare sector
Strong ability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities
