Responsibilities
Work at sales office and model homes during designated company hours. Deliver effective sales presentations and communicate product offerings. Handle sales agreements and complete them accurately. Use the CRM/lead system to track customers. Achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction rating. Stay current with community information. Maintain selling materials and signage. Set up weekly visits with realtors for referral sales. Compare competition and prepare accurate reports. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred in sales or marketing. At least 3 years of sales experience. Availability to work weekends. Experience with Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Valid and active real estate license within 3 months of start date. New home sales experience preferred. Seniority level
