About the Role
Acts as the day‑to‑day leader of the marketing function, translating strategy into execution across retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale
Reports directly to the Director of Marketing and serves as a trusted second‑in‑command
Owns prioritization, timelines, and shiny of marketing initiatives, ensuring work is focused on measurable business impact
Leads and manages marketing specialists and coordinators, providing clarity, structure, and accountability
Oversees the marketing calendar to align campaigns, product launches, promotions, and partnerships across teams
Manages marketing execution against budget, performance goals, and deadlines
Balances high‑level planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
alert cross‑functionally to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and timely execution
