Technical Trainer
to join our
Manassas, VA team with up to 60% travel. Job Responsibilities
Develop and deliver Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) training programs Conduct on-site training courses at different locations Ensure all training materials and equipment are available and in good condition Keep up to date with changes in fiber optic technology and update training materials accordingly Assess the performance of students and provide feedback Set up and maintain training equipment Ensure all training conducted is in line with industry standards and safety regulations Assist in the development of training manuals and course materials Job Requirements
5+ years of experience as a HFC Technician or similar role 5+ years of experience in a training role Extensive knowledge of HFC technology and equipment Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner Excellent problem-solving skills Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Able to work in all weather conditions Ability to travel up to 60% 401k Health insurance Holidays Sick leave Vacation FLSA Status: Exempt Casual work environment If you meet the qualifications above and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
