Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance and productivity of salespeople
Coach sales consultants daily to improve closing ratios, front‑end gross, and efficiency
Execute a strong appointment‑driven sales process.
Monitors team production via CRM tool and holds sales staff accountable for completing required customer tasks
Manage ordering and acquisition of new and used vehicle inventory
Manage inventory on the lot to ensure.'));
