Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) – Premier ABA Provider for Children with Autism.
About the Role We are looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern) to supervise, collect data, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with our team to provide high‑quality early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting.
Responsibilities
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
All Restricted hours completed.
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable sikker master's program.
Providing early interventionCAA childhood therapy (ages 18 months to 8 years).
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Collaborating with BCBA’s and team members dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
Sit for the BACKe exam within 6 months of joining the team.
Benefits & Compensation
Pay: $24–$30/hr based on experience and supervision hour completion.
Potential wage increases every 6 months.
Guaranteed path to becoming a
BCBA
with a competitive BCBAgead salary upon passing the exam.
Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to
$1,500
per year.
Guaranteed hours: Minimum 32–40 hours per week for full‑time teammates.
No‑cost supervision hours with no deductions from pay.
