Job Title: Aviation Logistics Support Representative – USAF F-15EX Program

Pay $28.77‑$31.97 per hour
Position Overview *** Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Logistics Support Representative to support the USAF F‑15EX Warfighter Program for Pre‑Operational Support and Interim Contractor Support (ICS) of F‑15EX unique materiel at Portland ANG, Oregon. This role supports supply chain management and logistics sustainment operations at a remote site. The selected candidate will focus on warehouse operations, inventory management, material distribution, and identifying gaps in logistics support. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager, Asset Managers, Field Service Representatives (FSRs), and F‑15EX Program Management to ensure seamless logistics execution. The selected candidate may be required to travel temporarily to another location for on‑the‑job training (OJT).
Key Responsibilities
Perform on‑site supply chain management and logistics activities supporting site operations
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
Execute shipping, receiving, issuing, storage, inventory control, reconciliation, and customer support operations
Manage F‑15EX unique materiel, repairs, and Support Equipment (SE)
Utilize and maintain *** Supply Systems (GOLDesp, TAV, WOW, COPPR, BOSS, etc.)
Support planning and execution of obsolete inventory removal
Issue required components to designated delivery points
Receive and process retrograde unserviceable/repairable components, including packaging and shipment
Perform records management in accordance with customer and company requirements
Conduct inventory management for STE, spares, bench stock, and site‑specific assets
Research identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies within supply support systems
Monitor logistics system performance, analyze data, document trends, and recommend improvements
Coordinate with internal teams and external support organizations to resolve logistics issues
Assist in procurement planning, specifications, and oversight for tools, services, and site needs
Support preparation of required company and customer reports
Assist in developing and delivering ad hoc logistics training
Solicit customer feedback and support continuous service improvement
Operate under the guidance of the Logistics Manager
Support flexible shift requirements aligned with USAF flying schedules
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Minimum 5 years of Aviation Supply Chain experience
Minimum 5 years of Inventory Management & Accountability experience
Minimum 5 years of PHS&T experience (Packaging, Handling, Shipping & Transportation of aircraft parts)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance
Willingness to support flexible work hours based on flying schedules
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (active clearance preferred but not required to start)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or overseeing warehouse operations
Previous experience supporting U.S. Air Force Supply logistics
