Base pay range $34.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Join Aquent in supporting a global leader in toys, games, and entertainment. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help create the in-package and instructional materials that guide consumers through unboxing, assembly, and play.

This is a 12-month engagement where you’ll work closely with product, brand, and packaging teams to design clear, engaging visual instructions and print collateral that make new product introductions intuitive and enjoyable.

What You’ll Do

Design instructional guides and in-package print materials that support product assembly, operation, and play.

Develop visual concepts and layouts that align with brand standards and enhance the product experience.

Direct or support photo shoots and manage external illustrators/production partners.

Produce a variety of printed collateral (brochures, crossells, activity sheets, inserts, etc.).

Work with cross-functional teams throughout the development process, from briefing to approvals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously through concept, revision, and final production.

Maintain accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with legal/licensor guidelines.

Track progress, communicate timelines, and ensure on‑time delivery.

What You Bring

Experience designing instructional or in-package materials (consumer products experience preferred).

Strong skills in layout, illustration direction, and visual communication for print.

Ability to translate product and marketing requirements into clear, usable designs.

Experience leading or contributing to photo shoots and vendor/illustrator management.

Solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and presenting work.

Familiarity with regulatory, legal, and licensor guardrails for consumer products.

Bonus Experience

Experience in toys, entertainment, consumer electronics, or CPG.

Experience with products that require assembly or step‑by‑step instruction.
