Photographer and Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a visual storyteller, someone who’s an amazing photographer with digital marketing experience. Yes, we’re offering a unicorn role that is both creative and strategic – a combination of photographer and digital marketing specialist.
This role is full‑time, based in our Wayne, PA studio – Tuesday‑Friday 9:30‑4:30 p.m. and every other weekend. It is a staff position: you’ll use studio equipment and have a set schedule.
Qualifications
Experience working with kids
Mid‑Level or higher photography experience or educational equivalent
Proficient shooting in manual mode and ability to work with natural light.
Have worked with a Canon, a bonus.
Experience in video shooting, editing, and posting for social media content
Ability to lift equipment with frequent sitting, standing and moderate physical activity.
Minimum of 1‑3 years of digital marketing experience
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and A/B testing methodologies (Google/YouTube/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.).
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Reliable transportation required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Schedule
Tuesday through Friday 9nega30‑4:30 and every other weekend.
Job Description We’re hospitality first, this means this role is not just a photographer. The role is to deliver amazing images and an amazing client experience, making it easy and fun for families.
Shoot Sessions
Photographer will be responsible for conducting sessions including the posing of clients as well as getting real emotions and expressions out of subjects. Photographer will be responsible for maintaining proper lighting and exposure during the session.
Cull Sessions
Photographer will be responsible for delivering a proof of the session immediately after the clients have left the studio.
Production work as required.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate, execute, and monitor social campaigns (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads).
Optimize and manage Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, campaign management, and performance analysis to increase website visibility and enhance Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts (Google & Microsoft Ads).
Build retargeticulture and remarketing audiences for various marketing campaigns, continuously evaluate performance, and implement data‑driven improvements.
Regularly update website and blog content and collaborate on strategies to enhance SEO performance.
Support email and text marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing.
Please note: this role is part of a team, which means securing clients, marketing, sales, production, and editing will all be done by other team members.
