Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full‑time position available for a senior marketing coordinator to work with our One Water group.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing strategy and providing guidance and quality control on marketing materials
Leading and executing the proposal development process
Strategizing with business partners to create marketing plans for achieving the business plan and strategic goals
Developing and managing the annual marketing plan including schedule and budget for business units
Leading interview preparation and presentations
Leading project kickoff meetings for proposals and other submittals
Writing and editing marketing materials and technical content
Preparing and executing the annual marketing plan, schedule, and budget; offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
Organizing client events
Attending trade shows and conferences
Some travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have the following:
A combination of education and/or experience totaling eight (8) years of relevant experience, such as:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, illustration, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus four (4) years of experience
Associate degree in marketing, graphic design, illustration, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline plus six (6) years of experience
No degree plus eight (8) years of relevant experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Graphic design layout/visual translation of information
Experience tabling and managing events with the general public
Experience leading trainings and developing presentations
Coordinating, managing, and marketing events
Networking and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Ability to effectively communicate in a written or verbal format
Process automation
