Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM
Configure and customize CRM modules: Sales, Service, Marketing
Manage implementation testing and data migration
Provide user training and post‑implementation support
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
Requirements
8 to 10 years of CRM consulting experience, 5 years in Dynamics 365
Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, workflows and Power Platform
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
Compensation Range The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is
$100,000 to $130,000 .
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may-meter it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives-centralized bonuses or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
