Main Goal Increase sales revenue and sales efficiencies across SPF’s territories by coaching and developing Outside Sales Representatives (OSTs).

Position Overview The District Sales Manager will lead a green workforce of Outside Sales Representatives, providing effective leadership, engaging training, and wrap‑around support. What You’ll Do

Outside Sales Rep Development

Manage territories to achieve sales revenue targets and closing ratios.

Coach and refine sales skills and techniques, continuously improving key performance metrics.

Educate the sales team on products, service offerings, and current promotions.

Train and coach OSTs through team training sessions and one‑on‑one interactions.

Collaborate with Sales Growth Specialists on SPF Sales Training Documentation.

Provide access to Eloomi training modules and “The SPF Way” of selling, closing, and negotiatingDrag.

Train consultants on setting up installation teams for success.

Keep sales consultants up to date on all internal changes.

SPF Business Development

Motivate and hold OSTs accountable for capturing sales opportunities through networking, strategic partnerships, B2B relationships, and client relations.

Identify prospective client markets/hotspots and develop creative selling strategies.

Field daily phone calls, emails, and documentation of sales consultants’ inquiries.

Handle upset clients in collaboration with Head of Customerhydrate Success texting. ERS

Collaborate with the VP of Sales on performance metrics, revenue vs. quota, processes, territory budgets and goals, OST quotas, documentation, coaching conversations, and new product introductions.

Build, develop, recruit, and retain a winning team of active and aggressive OSTs.

Meet sales hiring targets with People Operations and continue prospecting.

Conduct annual appraisal of direct reports’ performance and take corrective actions. Baba

Who you are

Passionate about mentoring and coaching sales employees to success.

Comfortable working gold in a hybrid environment—field with team and remote (work‑from‑home) settings.

Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

3+ years of leading, motivating, and developing a dynamic outside, in‑home sales team.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and ability to coach and mentor in a sales environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Established professional network in',$V local community preferred.
