What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter you will manage the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to senior‑level professional roles. You will identify new client opportunities, interview candidates, and match them with organizations that meet their career aspirations. Execution of existing client relationships and delivery of client satisfaction will be key components of the role.
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology.
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
Driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary and Benefits Anticipated salary for this position is $50,000–$70,000, with location‑specific ranges provided below. The role is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, a 401(k) plan, paid leave (up to 152 hours PTO per year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date.
California – $68,640–$70,000
Colorado – $56,485–$70,000
New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties – $64,350–$70,000
New York – $60,405.80–$70,000
Washington – $77,968.80
