Momofuku Goods

Momofuku Goods aims to redefine the American pantry by giving home cooks restaurant-grade essentials that make cooking more fun, enjoyable, and delicious.

Founded in 2020 by David Chang and the Momofuku team, Momofuku Goods carries forward the same principles that shaped our restaurants – challenging conventions and making the unfamiliar familiar. We believe in the power of food to bring people together and create more confidence, joy, and connection in the kitchen.

The Momofuku Goods Senior Marketing Manager is a versatile, hands‑on marketer who drives cross‑channel campaigns and ensures Momofuku Goods shows up powerfully at retail.

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing and shopper strategies that drive brand awareness, household penetration, and retail growth. Serving as the connective tissue across Content, PR, eCommerce, Lifecycle, Sales, and Creative, this role ensures every campaign and in‑store activation ladders up to clear strategic objectives.

Salary Description:

$125,000 - $140,000 annually + bonus + company stock options

What’s in it for you? Momofuku offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including vision/dental/medical and gym and commuter discounts, plus more after required wait periods. We encourage our employees to grow and learn, and offer many opportunities for personal and career development.

Responsibilities INTEGRATED CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Lead the development and cross‑functional alignment of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, PR, and email, ensuring each channel ladders up to the overall brand strategy.

Own campaign briefs, communications plans, and go‑to‑market calendars, providing clear direction to Creative, Content, and external partners.

Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales and eCommerce for retailer‑specific opportunities – translating retailer needs, category insights, and commercial goals into clear recommendations and activation plans.

Align in‑store activation and retail media with broader integrated campaign strategy to ensure cohesive messaging and impact across the full consumer journey.

Build and maintain Retail Marketing playbook with retailer calendars, activation workbacks, asset plans, and cross‑functional workflows; guide Creative and Content partners on requirements, specs, and timelines.

Build measurement frameworks for shopper programs and deliver insights that inform retailer strategy, investment decisions, and future go‑to‑market planning.

Strategize and oversee the execution of trade shows, partnering with Sales and Creative to ensure cohesive brand storytelling, strong retailer engagement, and operational excellence.
