seeks a creative and data-focused
Digital Marketing Associate
to join our dynamic and collaborative marketing teamesor. This Associate-level role is ideal for someone analytical and detail-oriented—a strong writer with digital instincts—who enjoys interpreting performance metrics to improve outcomes.
This position offers meaningful growth opportunities, with the potential to take on increased responsibility in digital strategy, reporting, advertising, and campaign planning as skills develop and familiarity with Irish Rep’s operations deepens.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing/Art Director, and collaborating with external digital consultants and the Marketing & Design Associate, the Digital Marketing Associate will support the execution of Irish Rep’s digital strategy, contribute to season and production launches, manage digital reporting and optimization, and create digital marketing assets and copy across platforms. This position is fully onsite at our satellite office (currently located on 45th Street), with occasional travel to and from the theatre during the workweek, and requires occasional evening and weekend event support.

Analyze performance data across GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Dotdigital, and Spektrix
Collaborate with external digital consultants and web developers on SEO, analytics, paid media, and site improvements
Produce monthly digital performance reports with clear, actionable insights
Support digital strategy for season announcements and production launches
Update and maintain website content in Craft CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices
Update and maintain Irish Rep’s press archive
Build and send email campaigns in Dotdigital, including writing compelling copy
Oversee Meta and Google advertising campaigns and monitor performance
Edit simple digital marketing assets using approved templates (resizing, cropping, text placement) for use across social, email, and web
Write clear, concise copy for email, social media, web updates, and digital announcements
Maintain and archive digital marketing assets, tracking sheets, UTMs, and documentation
Support opening nights, donor events, and special programs by capturing light digital content and ensuring follow-through for digital communications
Attend evening and weekend events as required
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive marketing copy
Comfortable balancing creativity with data analysis
Familiarity with GA4, Meta Business Ste., and email and ticketing platforms
Proficiency in Photoshop and Figma (resizing and simple edits using established templates)
Familiarity with Craft CMS and Spektrix is a plus but not required
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Clear communicator comfortable coordinating with external consultants and internal staff
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Interest in the performing arts and/or Irish culture is encouraged
Compensation and Benefits
$50,000–$58,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience
100% employer-paid comprehensive benefits (health, dental, and vision), valued at $16,656 per year
Participation in a 403(b) retirement plan with a 2% employer match after one year of service
