Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various marketing activities while contributing to our overall business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that engage customers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for review.
Support social media management by creating and scheduling engaging posts.
Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
