Underwrite and price specialized small lines commercial risks with advanced judgment
Provide guidance and expertise to sales teams and agency staff

Mentor and share expertise to elevate team performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced designations like CPCU or ARM preferred
Minimum 6–8 years of commercial underwriting experience with complex risks
Exceptional analytical, consultative, and communication skills
Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
Expert-level understanding of commercial underwriting principles and risk management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM) strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of agency operations and market dynamics
Proven record of handling complex risks and portfolios
