Responsibilities
Engage and create relationships with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaii’s vibrant fashion and unique culture.
Maintain a flexible schedule to balance work with everything else that matters.
Drive earnings by achieving sales goals through styling and curating content on digital platforms, including text and social media.
Support the department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
Grow customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
Occasionally perform work/duties in a department other than the one hired in, as needed.
All Retail Sales positions in the location applied to will be considered.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented focus.
Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
Ability to excel in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Organization and follow‑through.

Standard Physical Requirements
Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching while handling merchandise and assisting customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).
Pay Range $16.25 - $16.25 hourly. This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
