What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities within assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, and Attorneys

Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management

Develop and execute a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys

Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and drive brand awareness

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

2-5 years of successful residential Title, Mortgage, and Real Estate industry experience preferred

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Requires a valid driver’s license

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in territory management and customer relationship building

Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com for contact and account management

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand customer needs and objectives

Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in pursuing revenue opportunities

Visibility in the marketing area through participation in industry functions and community events
