What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
Address general billing inquiries and review account issues
Negotiate payments and explain billing charges clearly to customers
Direct customers to appropriate teams for issues outside the scope of collections
Meet compliance, quality assurance standards, and monthly performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first-party collections (non-A/R)
Customer service experience in a remote setting
Strong communication and verbal skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and screens
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in financial and credit card collections
Proficient in negotiation skills
Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with PC functions and ability to learn quickly
