Description

Serve as the main liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Manage stock keeping and inventory control, and prepare monthly reports and documentation.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

Coordinate with logistics for delivery arrangements and ensure timely execution.

Handle goods returns and issue credit notes to customers promptly.

Profile

Degree holder or above.

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales administration; candidates with less experience may be considered for Sales Coordinator.

Fresh graduates with relevant skills and strong passion will also be considered.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
