It’s comprised of four teams: Lending Support, Client Experience, Closing and Post Closing. But that’s not all: Our ideal team member would also take elite client service seriously and tackle every day with multitasking vengeance, while also hitting daily production goals with accuracy and a high level of quality. What You Will Be Doing
Supporting loan processing and underwriting
Interacting with clients
Collaborating with your team
Hitting daily production goals
Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy
Handling inbound and outbound calls from 3rd parties and clients
What We Need From You
High school diploma or equivalent
Knows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google Docs
Microsoft programs or similar computer software
Comfortable in a quick-moving environment
Excellent focus in an open workspace
Great attention to detail
Self-motivated and a desire to learn and grow
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
