Manage the Technology Division shared mailbox and respond to inquiries. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requests with business partners. Assist in maintaining division data on SharePoint sites. Maintain electronic files, records, and meeting-room calendars. Arrange business travel and coordinate meeting arrangements. Prioritize projects based on team needs and goals. Facilitate safety tours for division staff. Requirements

High School diploma and 5+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proven time management and prioritization abilities. Strong spoke and written communication skills. Experience with Ariba or Concur is a plus. Benefits
