Job Summary
Join our team as a Paralegal and become a crucial part of delivering top-tier immigration services for our clients. You will be assisting our attorneys in a variety of immigration cases including family-based and humanitarian immigration.
Work Environment Alabama’s largest immigration law firm, recognized for its innovative solutions and client-centered practice. With offices located in the Birmingham and Huntsville areas, the firm is dedicated to serving the immigrant community across the region.
Ideal Candidate We seek a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional writing skills, fluent in Spanish, and passionate about making a positive impact in the immigrant community.
Hours Full-Time. 9:00AM-5:00PM
Primary Activities and Tasks
Manage immigration cases from attorney assessment and strategy development to approval.
Draft applications and assemble necessary supporting documents for submission.
Communicate with clients about their case status and required actions.
Participate in trainings on immigration and related topics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong writing and communication abilities.
Prior experience in an office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous work with the immigrant community highly regarded.
