Essential Job Functions *

Team leadership and development:

Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Operations Specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Strategic initiative management:

Lead the team in the execution and tracking of complex sales initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.

Data analysis and insights:

Guide the team in conducting deep‑div eanalysis of sales and ERP data to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide data‑driven insights to sales leadership.

ERP system expertise:.bounding Act as the highest point of contact for the ERP system regarding sales, inventory, and order processing, and ensure the team has a deep understanding of its functionality.

Process optimization:

Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies in sales processes, leading the development of scalable solutions.

Performance reporting and dashboards:

Oversee the creation and maintenance of sophisticated reports and dashboards that track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales organization.

Cross‑functional collaboration:

Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations and finance to ensure alignment on goals, operational processes, and reporting standards.

Operational oversight:

Oversee the team's day‑to‑day responsibilities, including data management, initiative tracking, and sales enablement materials.

Recruitment and training:

Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are properly onboarded and have the necessary skills to succeed.

Education & Experience

Experience:

5+ years of progressive experience in sales operations or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role with direct reports.

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Technical skills:

Pro polyent aTo'sureship Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visualization. Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is required.

Leadership skills:

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, with a track record of driving projects and achieving results through others.

Analytical skills:

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.

Project management:

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence senior management.

Attention to detail:

A meticulous and detail‑oriented mindset, with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of data quality.

Work Environment and Physical Demands Office: Office setting. Seldom exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Loud working environment of the shop area. Functional vision and hearing required.
