Senior On‑Site Service Specialist , where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional operational support and enhancing the client experience. In this hands‑on position, you’ll work with cutting‑edge technology to manage high‑volume print, production, sorting, and mailing services while ensuring seamless daily operations. From equipment troubleshooting to customer support and reception services, you’ll be at the heart of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operate high‑volume 2D and/or 3D printers and copiers, ensuring consistent quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems as needed to ensure timely resolution
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests
Maintain accurate records, manage inventory and supplies, and calculate charges for services rendered
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of completed jobs
Support various onsite operations, including light maintenance, meeting room setup, and reception coverage as needed
Follow all safety standards and protocols when handling equipment and materials to maintain a secure work environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum
1 year of relevant work experience
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in copy services, print production, or related roles
Basic understanding of electronics or copier/printer equipment maintenance
Valid driver’s license with minimum required auto insurance
