This role is focused on creating excellent content design to support our commerce platform and experiences.Responsibilities
Support a vision for an improved commerce experience Collaborate with designers, Customer Experience and Marketing team members
Minimum qualifications Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills A clear portfolio of work that showcases your ability to write and evaluate writing.Strong editorial and design sensibility. You love language but believe most software benefits from fewer words.
High comfort level with technical complexity. You pick up new terminology quickly and have experience working with engineers, product managers, and other partners to understand requirements and functionality. Strong sense of when to push back on requirements and when to work within current system constraints to keep work moving forward.Kind, collaborative, and easy to work with. You build strong relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
Experience following an in-house design system and writing standards in accordance withlocated outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.The salary range for this role is ($105,600 - $140,700). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.Benefits: GM offers a variety of health and wellbeing benefit programs.
