Mizawe
We are an emerging fashion brand based in Los Angeles, building a modern essentials‑focused collection with a strong creative identity. As a lean start‑up, we move quickly, work collaboratively, and rely on resourceful, hands‑on team members who are excited to help shape the brand from the ground up.
Role Overview We are looking for a scrappy, data‑driven Ecommerce Manager to oversee our DTC site and help drive early growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing ecommerce but is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves, working across functions, and wearing multiple hats typical of a start‑up team.
You will own the day‑to‑day operations of the ecommerce site, support merchandising and product launches, monitor performance, and partner closely with marketing to amplify traffic and conversion.
Key Responsibilities Site Management
Manage daily site updates, product launches, and content refreshes
Oversee merchandising, navigation, PDP accuracy, and brand presentation
Ensure the site experience remains clean, optimized, and on‑brand
Analytics & Reporting
Track key ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue, sell‑through)
Build weekly reporting with insights and recommendations
Identify opportunities for improvement through data

Collaborate with Operations on fulfillment, order accuracy, and customer experience
Support basic pricing, promo, and restock strategies
Marketing Integration
Work with Marketing on campaigns, influencer‑driven traffic, and content drops
Ensure campaigns are reflected on‑site and aligned with brand objectives
Support on email/SMS scheduling and basic segmentation when needed
Qualifications
2–4 years of ecommerce experience, ideally in fashion or consumer goods
Proficient in Shopify / Shopify Plus
Comfort working without a large agency or tech stack — resourceful, problem‑solving mindset
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actions
Solid understanding of ecommerce fundamentals: UX, merchandising, CRO basics, SEO
Strong attention to detail and high sense of ownership
Ability to thrive in a small, fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
What We Offer
