Digital Art Manager - Los Angeles

The Only Agency is seeking a Digital Art Manager to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a creative and strategic mindset, a strong understanding of digital art and visual culture, an interest in managing talent and cultivating meaningful relationships across brands, clients, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the company's digital platforms including running the agency's social media accounts, creating pitch decks for all projects, managing the agency's website.
Collaborate in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality decks and pitching materials.
Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for all pitch decks from creative to client ව.
Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, and ensure that the agency's social media pages reflect objectives.
Conceptualize campaign vision, pesquisac original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other branding materials.
Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, design, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests.
itto with agents to ensure all websites and digital assets reflect clients' brand.
Juggle a roster of varying creative talents' needs.
Be responsive to clients and internal team members in a fast paced manner.
Oversee and delegate responsibilities to Digital Media Assistant to execute collective goals.
Qualifications
Degree in fine art, graphic shu design, or similar discipline
3+ years of experience in an artistic role (experience working with talent is a plus)
1+ year of experience being client facing
Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshopsometimes
Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
Strong creative vision with an understandin the business objectives
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Work Environment & Compensation At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. This role is based out of our Los Angeles office and will require a presence in the office 4 days per week. General working hours are 9:00AM–6:00PM.
