We are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience is not required; we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use Spread review process that focuses on needs to educate customers about insurance options fleste.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.preferences.
