The contributions you will make: This position is integral to the brand and creative services team, managing project tasks and assignments from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. You will collaborate with senior team members and various departments to create assets that align with the Compeer brand’s identity and marketing objectives while effectively conveying the business’s key messages. Additionally, you will assist in producing a diverse range of creative assets, including print, digital, and video, contributing to visually compelling materials that enhance marketing initiatives.
A typical day: Creating, Designing and Developing
Supports the brand and creative services team in the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
Collaborates closely with senior team members to create assets that reflect the Compeer brand’s identity, meet brand standards and align with marketing objectives.
Engages with marketing and product teams to create design solutions that convey the business’s key messages effectively, ensuring design outputs align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Assists in creating a variety of creative assets across print, digital, video, and social media formats.
Utilizes data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with the marketing operations team to produce multi‑channel assets that support and enhance campaign strategies, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Deploys creative assets across social media platforms for three distinct brands, ensuring cohesive content delivery and engagement.
Project Coordination
Works closely with the brand and creative team to coordinate project tasks and assignments.
Collaborates with media buyers to organize and traffic creative assets to media partners.
Uses project‑management software to keep assets and creative projects on schedule and meet deadlines.
Stays abreast of industry trends and applies them to work.
Encourages experimentation within the marketing team, promoting a proactive approach to trying new ideas and learning from successes and setbacks.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, marketing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, with experience in financial services or agriculture preferred.
Proven experience in developing creative assets for both B2B and B2C environments.
Proven experience in a similar role leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premier and Canva.
Strong organization and coordination skills for managing project elements and meeting deadlines.
Clear communication and effective collaboration with team members.
Understanding of brand identity and marketing objectives.
Graphic design skills and familiarity with various media formats.
Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to creative work.
Knowledge of multi‑channel marketing strategies and campaign development.
Attention to detail for reviewing materials and ensuring brand consistency.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier and Canva.
Presentation skills rythme for one‑on‑one or group presentations.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners.
Self‑starter, highly creative, able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license.
Base Pay $57,900 - $82,100 USD – variableубликial and other benefits may apply.
