Job Description
The External Producer (Retail Producer) will provide immediate project support within Brand Marketing, focused on large-scale retail transformation initiatives tied to the upcoming World Cup.
This role acts as the central project lead and single point of truth, managing complex, multi-vendor retail workstreams across sport specialty doors in North America.
The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented producer who understands retail environments, agency collaboration, and fast-paced delivery timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project planning for retail transformation initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and status reporting.
Act as the primary project lead and single source of truth across all stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate complex, multi-vendor and multi-workstream retail programs.
Finalize door counts and segmentation; translate program strategy into actionable retail install packages.
Oversee production vendors to ensure brand standards, timelines, and budgets are met.
Lead fixture procurement and order management in partnership with sourcing, procurement, finance, and logistics.
Drive cross-functional checkpoints, milestones, and gates to ensure project readiness.
Own stakeholder communication, progress reporting, and escalation of risks or roadblocks.
Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of retail installations.
Measure outcomes and provide clear reporting on project health and execution.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience in the retail environment
Strong understanding of retail operations and how to work with creative and production agencies
Proven experience managing complex and nuanced workstreams across multiple stakeholders
Exceptional project management skills with extreme attention to detail
Hands‑on experience producing retail or experiential programs and buildouts
Strong vendor management and cross‑functional coordination capabilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with urgency
Availability to start immediately
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting large global brands or large-scale retail programs
Experience supporting sports or event‑driven retail initiatives
Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable, Excel, Box, or Tableau
Experience working within matrixed organizations
Background in brand marketing, visual merchandising, or retail experience teams
