Position Overview
The Client Relations Associate plays a key role in supporting Monetary Metals’ clients through every stage of the account lifecycle. This position focuses on ensuring exceptional service for both new and existing clients by facilitating onboarding, account funding, and ongoing account management. The Associate works closely with the Client Relations Manager, Relationship Managers, and other internal departments to deliver a seamless and professional client experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Key Objectives
Support clients through the onboarding and funding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Manage client inquiries, account updates, and service requests efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of account-related transactions and documentation. Maintain accurate and organized client records across internal systems. Proactively contribute to improving client service workflows and operational efficiency. Core Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Management
Assist new clients in completing account applications, compliance documentation, and funding requirements. Guide clients through the funding process, including coordination of wire transfers and physical metal shipments. Maintain and update client information in CRM and other internal systems to ensure data accuracy. Facilitate account changes, withdrawals, and other service requests while maintaining compliance standards. Client Service & Communication
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide updates and information to clients during onboarding and post-funding stages. Troubleshoot client issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal teams. Deliver high-quality service that reflects Monetary Metals’ standards of professionalism and excellence. Operational Coordination
Work with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate processing of client transactions. Monitor and report on onboarding progress to the Client Relations Manager and Relationship team. Assist in maintaining compliance with AML/KYC requirements and internal controls. Support internal documentation and reporting related to client activity and performance metrics. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in client service, financial operations, or relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
