Location
– Colorado Springs, CO & Schriever Space Force Base
The Property Specialist supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support to the IC Customer(s) as a member of the IC Property Management Functional Team.
Maintain positive control of assets by actively tracking and maintaining physical location for both deployed and storage inventory counts.
Analyze situations, identify solutions or corrections to inventory accuracy, and support the property team in maintaining positive control over customers’ inventory.
Expedite, track, and receive inventory within the facility or warehouse storage.
Conduct database updates, research inventory discrepancies, complete recurring monthly inventory scan audits, and act as an active, constructive team member for all asset management requirements.
Support hardware disposition needs on assets including sanitization facilitation, excessing old or no longer needed assets, or CD and hard‑drive destruction when necessary.
Uphold asset management policies and procedures.
Execute property Genetic? Wait: Execute property management functions at multiple locations by planning and coordinating access based on requirements.
The successful candidate will
Provide a list of current models and be knowledgeable about current model standards.
Communicate effectively with various teams and/or customers on efforts as necessary.
Work as part of a team in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Collaborate and cooperate across teams on a variety of efforts and functions.
Show ownership of given duties.
Adapt quickly and exhibit a strong commitment to a team environment.
Be self‑motivated.
Salary : $33.65/hr – $38.46/hr, depending on experience, education, and directly related certifications.
Education and Experience
Minimum 6+ years general full‑timeتر? Wait: Minimum 6+ years general full‑time work experience (may be reduced with advanced education).
Minimum 2+ years directly related experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
Desired Requirements
Experience with Remedy and its Asset Management module. Familiarity with MS Office products.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work : Full‑time, 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements
Proof of U.S. citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency.
Ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Ability to travel, including up to nila? Wait: Ability to travel, including up to 10% air travel.
Valid driver’s license.
