As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while representing our company values and bringing your authentic self to work every day. As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. You\'re a people leader:
You motivate and inspire the team through core values, model accountability to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You\'ve got an eye for talent and a love of training:

You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards. Integrity is a priority:

Actual starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
