Responsibilities

Attend qualified homeowner appointments (provided leads — no cold calling)

Present and close solar system proposals confidently and professionally

Manage and update client information using our CRM

Educate customers on energy savings, financing options, and incentives

Work with project managers and installers to ensure a smooth customer experience

Represent

with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Qualifications

Ambitious, confident, and competitive — “closer” mentality

Excellent communication and people skills

Self-motivated and results-driven

Sales experience preferred, but not required (we’ll train the right person)

Comfortable presenting and negotiating with homeowners

Full-time availability preferred

Compensation $70,000 - $80,000 per year
