We are currently seeking a
Commercial Real Estate Attorney
in New York that has strong restaurant and retail leasing experience to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries. This is an exciting opportunity to tackle complex legal challenges on a global scale.
Responsibilities
Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters
Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams
Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
Junior/Mid-level lawyers with retail/restaurant exposure would be ideal
Able to go on site/hybrid in midtown NYC
Experience with construction agreements is a plus
Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
Compensation, Benefits & Location This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $170,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
