The ChicknLegs Field Marketing Associate is self-motivated with a passion for running and connecting with the runner community. The ChicknLegs Field Marketing Associate will increase brand awareness by engaging consumers at events through activation and expos, and leading marketing initiatives throughout the country. This role requires a candidate who is organized, passionate about running and travel, and able to easily establish and maintain long-lasting relationships within the running industry and community. The ChicknLegs Field Marketing Associate will work with a cross functional team along with Sales and Marketing, and Wholesale Operations. Responsibilities
Working with Sales and Marketing teams to define goals, identify target audience, to develop a theme, brainstorm and create content, establish timelines, plan promotions, etc. Coordinating events along with retail partners from end-to-end. Planning and coordinating travel and managing events calendar and submitting all necessary paperwork. Representing ChicknLegs at running events and expos, such as the world marathon majors, high school and collegiate cross country events, run groups, etc. Pop-up shop management: including installing and breaking down, interactions with consumers, conducting apparel inventory counts and answering brand and product questions. Coordinating, educating, and providing feedback to any retail partners or volunteers before, during and after events. Implementing event marketing activations, by creating engaging, interactive, and immersive brand experiences. These include: Interactive product demonstrations, gamified challenges or contests, etc. Managing the implementation of POS, and conducting inventory counts and inventory management Relationship management
Travel to events, and visit retail partners throughout the country for engagement and relationship building. Schedule meetings, planning and execution of marketing activations Respond to all communications from customers and retail partners within one business day. Create reports and provide feedback on weekly events and activities, activations, and account communication. A ChicknLegs SUPER FAN! Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record a must Experience in run specialty ideal Sales or promotional events experience ideal Experience leading marketing activations ideal Must be able to work independently and autonomously Passion for running, health and wellness is a must! Passionate about travel and willing to work frequent nighttime and weekend events Culture and personality
