Our client, an award-winning full-service agency, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account /Project Manager to join their team onsite in Dania Beach, FL. This role serves as the primary liaison between the agency and client partners, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of creative projects across multiple channels. The official title of the position is "Account Manager", but the role merges client‑facing account responsibilities with day‑to‑day project management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement design, print, media, and web‑related projects from start to finish.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients under the guidance of the President/CEO.
Create and maintain project task lists, timelines, and schedules; communicate updates to the design team.
Coordinate weekly client calls and provide regular status updates.
Maintain project management tools and calendars, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.
Oversee deployment of eBlasts and online marketing initiatives.
Track and document all client requests, changes, and approvals.
Submit approved projects to vendors, media outlets, and other designated recipients.
Support special projects including video and photography production.
Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
5‑7 years of experience in a creative agency environment or marketing department.
Strong communication and client‑facing skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Suite experience preferred.
Familiarity with project management platforms (Workamajig experience a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
