Job Summary The
serves to focus primarily on the design of building related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.
Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings
Participate in the development of system design calculations and
selection of equipment for use in buildings
Complete specification writing/editing
Complete code compliance research
Coordinate work with other disciplines
Site survey to determine and document existing conditions
Provide construction administration services
Qualifications and Experience
You have 3+ years of experience
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred
You have a LEED certification/experience. PE/EIT preferred
You are familiar with codes, standards and design guidelines
You have an excellent work ethic and attitude
Location bl>Location: Austin, TX Travel:
Limited travel is required Salary and Benefits The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
This role is also eligible for performance‑based bonuses and บอล *insurance package, including:
