What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Understand and promote the Surgical Portfolio to meet customers' clinical and economic needs
Engage with existing customers to support incremental purchases and improve their experience
Formulate and implement selling strategies for products of intermediate complexity
Schedule and complete customer sales calls and follow up on business opportunities
Ensure clinical adoption of products through demonstrations and in‑servicing
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in inside or field sales in healthcare or similar industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in medical devices
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with formal presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environment
Ability to travel 50‑75% within an assigned geographic territory
Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals and understanding their needs
