Role Description This is an on‑site, full‑time role based in Fort Worth, TX, for a Business Account Executive. The Business Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential clients, developing and nurturing relationships, and providing technology solutions tailored to meet their needs. The role involves achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, conducting business development activities, and offering training on technical solutions to clients as necessary.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Experience in B2B Sales and Business Development, including the ability to identify and nurture new business opportunities
Strong Organization Skills to manage tasks and relationships effectively
Experience in conducting Training sessions and educating clients on technology solutions
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivation and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
Knowledge of telecommunications or technology‑based solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management platforms
