As a Sales Specialist, you’ll market and sell American Family Insurance products, build strong customer relationships, and represent our agency both in the office and throughout the community. You’ll have the tools, mentorship, and flexibility to succeed, along with earning potential that rewards your effort and creativity.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Growth: Sell insurance solutions to new and existing customers, build your client network through referrals, leads, and creative prospecting, create and present personalized quotes and coverage solutions, conduct account reviews and identify cross‑sell opportunities, and meet & exceed sales goals while following underwriting guidelines.
Marketing & Outreach: Develop and):-execute marketing strategies that generate local awareness and leads, manage social media presence and digital advertising, track campaign results and adjust strategies for maximum impact, and use your creativity and personal interests to expand your client base bisexualloch.
Community & Brand Building: Actively participate in local events, organizations, and initiatives across the Twin Ports and surrounding areas, build genuine relationships that turn community connections into long‑term clients, and represent the agency with professionalism, authenticity, and heart.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service through timely follow‑up and relationship management, process policy changes and account updates accurately, and partner with the team to resolve customer needs efficiently билдирди.
Professional Growth: Stay current on industry trends, products, and technology, and pursue continuing education and professional designations.

Work Environment: Office‑based with hybrid flexibility; frequent community engagement, networking, and client meetings; occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Licensing: Minnesota/Wisconsin required.
