The Role
We’re hiring a
hungry, coachable SDR
to help drive new business in a services‑based environment. You’ll work closely with leadership, make outbound calls, start real conversations, and learn how to sell the right way.
What You’ll Do
Research target accounts and decision‑makers
Make outbound calls and personalized outreach
Manage outreach sequences across multiple channels
Qualify prospects and set meetings
Participate in meetings as needed
Track activity and outcomes in CRM
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of sales, recruiting, or client‑facing experience
Staffing, recruiting, or professional services background is a plus
Experience understanding ideal customer profile and conducting prospecting research
Comfortable cold calling
High energy, professional, and a good listener
Coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated
Willing to work onsite
