An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Trainee Sales Associate to support face-to-face sales activity at organised promotional events across Tampa. The role is designed for someone new to sales who wants real-world experience rather than a desk-based position.
This is an in-person role and does not involve remote work, cold calling, or door-to-door sales. All activity takes place at scheduled events and promotional locations.
The Role The Trainee Sales Associate works alongside experienced team members at live events, learning how to engage customers, explain offers clearly, and support on-site sales activity. Training is ongoing, with responsibility increasing as confidence and ability develop.
Day-to-day involvement includes:
Speaking with customers at promotional and retail events
Learning how to present products or services clearly and confidently
Supporting face-to-face sales and customer sign-ups
Assisting with event setup and presentation
Building practical communication and sales skills
Pay & Training Pay is weekly, made up of base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Typical weekly earnings range from 650–870, depending on event schedule and individual progress.
Full training is provided, with ongoing coaching and support throughout.
Progression This role is intended as a starting point. With consistency and strong performance, there is opportunity to progress into more senior sales or support roles over time.

On-site at promotional event locations, in store, at private events or brand activations across the region
