Sr. Plastic Surgery Sales Representative – Columbus, OH Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Aesthetics and Reconstruction is seeking an experienced Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Description We are searching for the best talent for the Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative. This role will support the Columbus market by expanding sales of Mentor products and converting competitive products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate effective product differentiation selling skills and business development by providing a consultative sales approach to customers, developing effective pre‑call plans, assessing needs, handling objections, presenting visual aids, closing, and following up.

Build strong relationships, hold customers accountable to commitments, and manage account growth.

Educate customers, motivate them to become product advocates, build strategic working relationships, and allocate marketing programs.

Position the Mentor portfolio for augmentation and reconstruction settings.

Meet productivity goals across the product portfolio.

Manage and execute contact across private practice, surgery centers, and hospitals.

Assess territory metrics, develop and implement territory business plans, and promote marketing programs.

Meet sales training requirements, complete administrative deadlines, and maintain territory budget.

Demonstrate technical fluency across Mentor and competitive products and articulate strategy to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Aesthetics Industry or Medical Device Sales.

Four or more years of medical sales experience and/or training.

Preferred: Surgical sales experience, knowledge of clinical and surgical techniques, and medical terminology.

Proficiency in identifying decision‑makers and influencing decisions.

Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills.

Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and execute plans.

High organizational, prioritization, and team‑collaboration skills.

Ability to communicate scientific/clinical features and benefits of products.

Benefits and Pay Salary range: $58,000–$94,000

Employees may participate in company‑sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, legal insurance, and a consolidated retirement plan (401(k)).

Time off: up to 120 hours vacation per year, 40 hours sick time, up to 13 days holiday pay and floating holidays, up to 40 hours work‑personal‑family time.
